PKB Talent Partners is a specialist recruitment partner focused on connecting employers with high-quality talent across engineering, manufacturing, finance, executive search, and international recruitment into South Africa.

Our team has been recruiting for South African employers for 18 years. We are based in Johannesburg, and work with clients across Gauteng and nationwide – from owner-managed businesses to national groups and international companies hiring in South Africa.

How we work

1. A proper brief. We clarify the role, the business need, the working environment, the remuneration and the type of person who will succeed.
2. A wide search. We search our Talent Vault of more than 50,000 South African candidates, advertise where it helps, and approach suitable people who are not actively looking.
3. Personal screening. Every candidate is spoken to before we recommend them – experience, qualifications, salary, notice period, location and motivation.
4. Consent first. We only send a CV once the candidate has agreed, in writing, to be put forward for that specific role.
5. A focused shortlist. You receive a small number of relevant candidates in a consistent PKB Talent Partners CV format, with the points that matter highlighted.
6. Through to the start date. We coordinate interviews, feedback and offers, and stay in touch after the appointment.

Our commitments

• Candidates are never charged a fee by PKB Talent Partners.
• Personal information is handled in line with POPIA – see our Privacy Notice.
• We do not share a candidate’s details with their current employer.
• Permanent placements are backed by a replacement guarantee under our terms of business.
• We will tell you honestly when a brief or salary is out of line with the market.
